How much can I borrow? |

You can borrow any amount from £5,000 to £250,000 Subject to status over the period that suits you best from
5 - 25 years. |

What can I use my loan for? |

Most of our customers clear their existing credit in order to reduce their monthly outgoings and
free up some extra cash to spend as they wish. However, you can use the loan for almost any
purpose you wish such as home improvements, a new car, or a holiday. |

Can I get a loan if I have mortgage arrears, CCJs or a bad credit rating? |

Yes. Our website is encrypted so it is transferred to us via a secure online server. |

Is my application confidential? |

Yes. We are registered under the Data Protection Act (DPA) so you can be assured that we take
our customers’s confidentiality very seriously. |

What does ‘decision in principle’ mean? |
| A. |
This means that your secured loan application has been accepted for processing and further information will be required to complete the loan. |

How quickly can I get my money? |
| A. |
You could have your money in as little as 2-4 weeks depending on your status and how quickly you can supply us with the documentation we need to complete your loan. |

Will you contact my employer? |
| A. |
If you have pay slips and a P60, we will not need to contact your employer. If you cannot produce pay slips, we may ask your permission to obtain a reference from your employer to confirm your position, length of service and your salary. We would never contact them without
your consent and we would not make them aware of any details of your loan application. |

Can I pay more than the agreed repayment? |

Yes, some of our lenders allow you to pay above your standard repayment. This means you will be able to clear your loan in full sooner than the original term. |

Can I settle the loan early? |
| A. |
You can repay the loan at any time but you may be required to pay an early settlement fee in accordance with the Consumer Credit (Early Settlement) Regulations 2004. |

Can I borrow more at a later date? |

Yes, simply call us when you need a further advance and we will be happy to process the application for you. |

What happens if I can’t afford a payment? |
| A. |
You should contact your lender and notify them of your situation as quickly as possible, preferably before the payment is due. They will then advise you on the best course of action. |

What should I do if I have a complaint? |
| A. |
Firstly contact the Compliance Manager at Brighter Loans on 0844 826 6330 and if your dispute is not resolved then you may want to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service. This is a free and independent service for resolving disputes with financial firms. They will liaise with us on your behalf and will then let you know directly of their decision.
